Assignment Title: Development of the web portal on the unified complex monitoring and forecasting system in the Kyrgyz Republic (UCMFS)

The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the project “Enhancing Resilience in Kyrgyzstan” and to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services to develop a web portal for a Unified Complex Monitoring and Forecasting System in The Kyrgyz Republic (UCMFS).

The project “Enhancing Resilience in Kyrgyzstan” under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites eligible consulting companies (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the consulting service. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the consulting services.

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing automated information systems;
  • At least 3 successfully completed contracts for the development of automated information systems;
  • Experience of work with government agencies over the past 3 years.

 

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 3.14 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” issued in July 2016 and revised on November 2017 (“Procurement Rules”) where the World Bank’s conflict of interest policy is set out; these Regulations can be found at following web site:

The Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant’s Qualifications Based Selection (CQS) method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
